Customer Obligations

Customers agree to:

Limitation of Liability

SunPower Australia's liability is limited to:

  • Damage from extreme weather events or acts of nature

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

Intellectual Property

All system designs, monitoring software, and proprietary technology remain the intellectual property of SunPower Australia. Customers receive a license to use our technology solely for their installed solar system.

Termination

Either party may terminate services under specific conditions:
